The villa is located on Jalan Pantai Pererenan, 500m east of Pererenan Beach . It is approximately 25 minutes from Seminyak, 30 minutes from Kuta and 40 minutes from the Ngurah Rai International Airport . 

The Nirwana Bali Golf course and Le-Meridien Hotel are located 10 minutes north of the villa.  Restaurants close to the villa include: Close Tugu, at the Hotel Tugu (moderate prices), Warung Menteng & D'Kedai (Cheap) and at the Le-Meridien Hotel they have Cendana Restaurant, Pool Grill, Sunset Lounge, Nautilus Pizzeria and Pub and the Nirwana Restaurant (moderate to high prices).

The Pererenan Villa is located in the village of Pererenan , Canggu, which is famous for its relaxed atmosphere and traditional rice paddies & terraces.  The area is renowned for retaining the traditional Balinese lifestyle, resulting in breathtaking natural surroundings. The villa is constructed adjacent to Greenfield rice paddies and terraces, designed to harmonize with its natural and cultural environment with stunning ocean view and sunsets.  Located 25 minutes from Kuta, this is perfect for a family vacation or getaway.

[ SERVICES ]
Maid service 8am – 3pm.  The staff quarters are located in the back area of the villa, behind the kitchen.   Washing machine provided or laundry service available at reasonable rates.  Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, microwave & hot–cold water dispenser.  Satellite TV, including CNN, BBC, CNBC, HBO, Star Movies, Cinemax & more.  Electric Current 220 volts AC.  There is 24 hour security at the entrance to the villa complex. Private Plunge Pool (5m X 6m), Tropical landscaped garden, Weber Charcoal Barbecue, Private Parking.

[ VILLA FEATURE ]
The villa overlooks the Pererenan beach to the west. The Villa is located is split into two levels. The top-level has 3 bedrooms.  There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and have a shared bathroom.  The master bedroom overlooks the rice paddies and ocean, has a king size antique Balinese bed, en-suite bathroom and a balcony facing the ocean. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.  The bottom level holds the main living room, which is fully air-conditioned and has a sliding door that leads to a tropical garden and pool. There is a 29 inch color TV with a satellite connection. Beside the pool is a Balinese Gazebo perfect for an afternoon tropical cocktail while the sun goes down, or just lazing around beside the pool.

Car & Driver can be arranged at US$45/day (for use up to 8 hours a day, with petrol and oil)
