Bali Budget Villas.COM has described and authenticated each villa to the best of our ability and we ensure that all information and pictures in this website is accurate at the time publishing, Bali Budget Villas.COM however cannot accept any responsibility for the accuracy.
Rates & Charges
All villa rates listed on our website are quoted in US Dollars and quoted per villa per night.
Rates are for 2005 and are occasionally, if rarely, subject to changes without prior notice. Change in rate will not affect those that have already made deposits on reservations. Your rental comes with the facilities, appliances and amenities as listed on the web page from which you first observed. Please go to that web page to fully familiarize yourself with the items included with the rental of your choice, unless there is a special agreement has been made when booking the villa.
High season charges vary according to the villa. Please see the appropriate villa webpage.
Rates & Charges regarding the Use of Car & Driver will be explained under 'Services & Facilities' point 'c. Car & Driver'.
Rates & Charges regarding the Use of Cook will be explained under 'Services & Facilities' point 'd. Personal Cook'.
Credit card fees & charges will be explained under 'Payments' section.
Services & Facilities
Once payment(s) are settled, Bali Budget Villas.COM will be sending the guests a 'Villa Voucher' through their email address or through facsimile. Villa Voucher show the length of stay, number of party and facilities & services will be provided.
a. Airport Transfers
All guests will be provided with FREE return airport transfers (1 time transfer from the airport to the villa - when check in) and (1 time transfer from the villa to the airport - when check out) with an Air-Conditioned Car & English Speaking Driver.
If any additional transfer(s) or additional car(s) are required, this can be arranged at reasonable cost.
This is a complementary service from Bali Budget Villas.COM which can only be used when they book villa(s) which cannot be transferable to anyone else.
b. Household Staff
All villas listed in our website are inclusive of household staff. They are will be there to serve you during your stay at the villa. Their duty is to make bed, to clean and maintain the villa.
c. Car & Driver
All the villas are inclusive of 1 (one) day free use of Air Conditioned Car & English Speaking Driver for minimum booking of 7 nights (unless otherwise specified), this is mean that guests are allowed to use the Car & Driver for 1 (one) day only, up to 8 hours a day. Extra hours will be charged at US$5/hour. Guests must inform when they are going to use their Free 1 (one) day use of Car & Driver at least 24 hours (one day) in advance.
Some of our villas are already inclusive of Air-Conditioned Car and English Speaking driver for the whole stay (please see the appropriate villa webpage), this is mean that guests are allowed to use the car & driver for the whole stay anytime during their stay for up to 8 hours a day. Extra hours will be charged at US$5/hour.
If Air-Conditioned Car & English Speaking Driver does not included in the Villa Voucher and would like this service as an add on, it can easily be arranged at extra cost.
Petrol and Oil are included with service.
Payment and the use of Car & Driver is not refundable and will not be transferable to anyone else. Unless agreement has been made.
d. Personal Cook
If a cook is stated in Villa Voucher, this mean that guests will be provided with a personal cook to prepare breakfasts, Lunch and dinner. Working hours between 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Ingredients are provided by the guests or guests can ask the cook to shop and buy the ingredients at guests' expenses. Guests will be provided with receipts by the cook once the they finished their shopping.
If a cook does not stated on the Villa Voucher and would like this service as an add on, it can easily be arranged at extra cost.
e. Free 1 Indonesian Dinner
When clients book a villa with Bali Budget Villas.COM for 7 or more nights we offers a Free complementary Indonesian Dinner on their first night at the villa for up to 5 persons.
We encourage guests to provide reasonable tipping to all the villa staff and to the driver.

We work on first comes and first served basis, therefore we have the right to release any of the villa to clients who have paid the deposit or full payment, even though promise to settle the deposit has been made. We suggest clients to book the villa well in advance.
Once a booking has been made, the Customers agrees to abide by the rules and legislation in reference of our terms & conditions.
Minimum Booking
The minimum booking period for each villa is 4 nights for low season, unless otherwise specified. Minimum booking for High Season and Peak Season are vary depending on each villa. Please check on the villa's webpage.
Payments
Bank transfer
When payment is made through bank transfers, bank charges (if any) are at customers' own expenses.
For all Bank Transfer transactions we require the following to be returned by facsimile to +62 361 757611 to enable us to process your payment(s):
- a photocopy of the transmittal slip
- a signed Bali Budget Villas.COM Bank Transfer Villa Booking Form.
To secure booking of any villa(s):
30% deposit of the total rental payment is required if arrival date is more than 30 days. The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days prior to arrival date. Failure to settle the balance within 14 days prior to arrival, will result in cancellation of booking and no refund will be given.
Or Full payment is required if arrival date is less than 30 days.
The reservation will be considered valid only after receiving the deposit and or full payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want to give you the best of our service. So if for any reasons you want to cancel your booking, we will gladly give you a refund (subject to the conditions below).
Bali Budget Villas.Com will refund your payment(s) less US$25 administration fees and bank transfer fee, with the following conditions:
a. Cancellation 90 days, or more, prior to arrival, 50% of payment(s) is refundable.
b. Cancellation 60 days, or more, prior to arrival, 40% of payment(s) is refundable.
c. Cancellation 30 days, or more, prior to arrival, 30% of payment(s) is refundable.
d. Cancellation less than 30 days, prior to arrival, payment is NOT refundable.
No refund or exchange to another villa will be given if clients change their mind once they arrive at the villa. Please rest assured that clients will receives all the facilities as stated on the voucher and on the website.
Cancellation policy after deposit paid at Downtown Villas:
- 30 days / more prior to arrival: deposit refunded less US$300
- Less than 30 days prior to arrival: deposit forfeited
- Cancellation after final payment made: 60% of the full payment forfeited
balance of payment held as credit for future booking (max 12 months)
We strongly recommend that travelers should protect themselves with adequate travel insurance. Ask your travel agent for details.
Upon Arrival
On arrival at the villa you will be asked to present your passport to be photocopied for police report in order for us to proceed with registration in accordance with Indonesian legal requirements.
Liability and Responsibility
Bali Budget Villas.COM, villa owners or the agents do not accept any liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay and/or incidental expenses incurred by delay, change in schedule, sickness, weather, strikes, riots, political unrest or war. All such losses are the responsibility of Customer, howsoever caused. We suggest guests to buy appropriate travel insurance before traveling.
We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipments.
Check in an Check Out
Check in time to all of our villa is normally at 2.00PM and check-out time is normally 12.00PM. Late check-out will be charged half of the daily villa rental rate until 6.00PM. After 6.00PM a full night will be charged (subject to availability).
During stay at the Villa
Guests will be provided with a folder contains the information regarding the villa and the terms and conditions for those villa. It is very important that guests read this information once they check in. These information vary according to the villa and villa owner.
Bali Budget Villas.COM is not responsible for the lost of the guests belongings while they are staying at the villa. We suggest that guests keep their valuable belongings at a safe place. Some of the villas have a safety box, please ask villa staff for further information.
No items may be removed from the villa. Please report any breakage or damage to the management company so we can replace them. Minor breakages will not be deductible.
Most of the villas have telephone available for your use in the villa, with reasonable local calls being free of charge; you will need a phone card for long distance or international calls.
Changes of Terms & Conditions
Bali Budget Villas.COM reserves the right to modify this Terms & Conditions statement from time to time and also if there is legal requirements change.
